The saddening news is after that. Chris’s contact with Marvel is done here. Although most of the Avengers actors extending their contacts, here Chris’s contract is finished after Avengers 4.

As per the report from Digital Spy, the actor feels like he’s done playing almighty god and also adds he would return if there is a potentially good script for him in the MCU continuity.
On Channel 7’s Sunrise in Australia Via Digital Spy, Chris Hemsworth said,
“My contract’s coming to an end, we’ve just finished the last two Avengers. Who knows what the future holds.
We felt like we reinvented the last one in a big way.”
This is not over yet. He also confirmed that if there is a good storyline for him to reprise his role as Thor, he will return.
“It felt refreshed and re-energized. We might have a conversation if there’s another great script that comes along. But at the moment that’s it.
It’s sort of a scary thought. This really seemed like this never-ending thing. And now it’s potentially finishing.”
Even we have two more films to go for Hemsworth, his interview feels more sadly. Because the character just awakened his godly powers during Ragnarok. But the actor wants to move on if he wants to improve himself even further.
As we all know, previously Robert Downey Jr’s contract to Marvel was supposed to end, but he extends it and lives as a Tony Stark again.
There is also the possibility that Chris would be in MCU family for only cameo roles like Iron Man did in Spider-Man: Homecoming.
It is not bad either. Because if the continuity change after Avengers 4 which could potentially give birth to new superheroes, then those heroes will need some sort of motivation and experience one who can guide them being a superhero is a difficult responsibility to protect our people.
Avengers: Infinity War is set to release on April 27, 2018
