Peter Parker: The Spectacular Spider-Man #1

Marvel’s iconic superhero Spider-Man has been developed over the years and now in 2017, Chip Zdarsky has brought another new action comic which is based on Peter Parker’s adventurous life.

In this article, I am going to review the very first issue of this comic which described the earlier life of the Peter Parker who returns to the New York City in his all-new storyline.

The comic opens up with the same past story of Peter Parker and how he got his powers. Also, they have established the death of his parents when he was young. This Spider-Man takes his responsibility very seriously that we have seen before.

The story starts when Peter and Johnny Storm aka Human Torch (Fantastic Four) share a sandwich on a rooftop and after that Spidey stops the bunch of crooks who try to mugged Rebecca London. By doing so, he encounters with Ant-Man who seems to be involved in this.

Later Ant-Man leads Spider-Man to his new facility where Spidey learns that Ant-man working with his arch enemies. The co-worker of Peter Parker Uatu Jackson helps him to hack a Stark Industries phone which it fell from the mugger’s pocket.

It leads Peter to Chicago where he goes into the house where he tries to investigate some details that he needs. Suddenly someone opens the door who blasted him with repulsors from the Ironheart.

The unknown person seems to be Tony Stark in his Iron Man Suit; but she was Riri within the Iron Suit and the next event lead us to the Johnny Storm who waits outside the Peter Parker’s apartment for going to see a movie with him.

But unexpectedly, Johnny met someone who called herself Teresa Parker and then she greets him. The woman is nothing but the sister of Peter Parker and that brings us to the end of the first issue.

Peter Parker: The Spectacular Spider-Man issue no.1 is a good comic with entertainment and puts Peter Parker right back in New York almost like he never left until after discovering some things that have changed like the mystery of the man inside the Iron Man suit in Chicago.

So it’s a good start for Spider-Man and Marvel fans to keep us busy with his adventurous Spectacular comic.
