The CW’s second iconic series after the Flash, Arrow stars Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen. This DC comics based character originally created in 1941.
Since then he becomes favourite and breaks the record of the longest running character in the history. He is a Vigilante of his city and many of the times have joined the Justice League team.
On the animated version of Justice League: Unlimited, he was seen as a recurring character. But the show had not given the main importance to the character, but one thing they manage to show about his relationship with other Leagues members as well as his love interest Black Canary or TV version Laurel Lance.
The Green Arrow was created a like a Batman with nearly same background storyline. Although he is vigilante with no superpowers, still he fights crime by using his martial arts and archery with advanced technologically developed arrows. In the whole DC universe, there is no one like Green Arrow who can shoot arrows precisely and faster. In several comics’ issue, he claims himself that he never misses his target. Because of his proficiency over his archery, he sometimes refers as a Metahuman because of his extraordinary abilities.
In the Arrow season 1, we have witnessed one incidence where he shoots multiple targets in a few seconds. In comics, he can shoot 29 arrows per minutes without fail the targets. His archery skilled is developed to that level that he even hit a drop of water falling from the tap.

Many of the comic reader aware of his name is Oliver Queen. But actually his birth name is Oliver Jonas “Ollie” Queen and he has green eyes which are very rare on the planet.

In the 1994’s miniseries, Zero hour, Oliver sacrifices his own life to save Metropolis from a bomb which was a plant on the plane. So his son, Connor Hawke took the mantle of his father to continue his father’s legacy for protecting the city. But later that, Oliver Queen was resurrected by Hal Jordan at the end of parallax using Spectre.
Although he remains green arrow for short period of time, he left a memorable mark as a neighborhood Vigilante. Connor was different from his father in attitudes. He even faces a number of villains from a mysterious world like spirits, devils, etc. that even his father ever did. That why his version of Green Arrow is a bit more interesting and memorable than Oliver’s.

The rarest type of Blood in the whole planet earth is Rh-negative blood type. Oliver has this type of blood group. The height of coincidence is that his x-girlfriend Laurel Lance aka Black Canary also has the same blood group.

He is known to be a great superhero as well as a great family man. That’s the inspiring thing which is found rarely in the superheroes. In the TV series, he helps the Roy Harper to minimize the habit of drugs. Later he becomes his sidekick known as Red Arrow. Also on many occasion, he even expresses his love towards his son Connor multiple time in public.

All of the fan and reader aware of this fact. He is one of the richest men on the planet. Despite this, keeping his money attitude aside, he protects those who can’t protect themselves. Like always stood behind those underprivileged and fight against the corruption. In TV series of Arrow season 1, he directly killed the corrupted politicians and officers.
