One of popular Arrowverse actor Stephen Amell has been playing vigilante character ‘Arrow‘ for the last seven years. Now star confirms that season 8 will be his last one where it will have one ten episodes.
Star Stephen Amell share this news on his official Twitter account saying,
“Playing Oliver Queen has been the greatest professional experience of my life… but you can’t be a vigilante forever. Arrow will return for a final run of 10 episodes this Fall. There’s so much to say. For now, I just want to say thank you.”

As per reports from LV Line, during Facebook Live video, Stephen add few more details about his decision,
“Something tells me even when I’m done, I won’t be gone. If you watch the Arrowverse, you should understand that I think it’s been a good run. It’s no Supernatural, but it’s been a good run.”
During this years Arrowverse crossover, Elseworlds, Oliver Queen secretly negotiate with the Monitor which save many Earthlings’ lives. It was unknown what the hero said to the Monitor. But from the sudden announcement of actor’s leave, it may be possible that Green Arrow would sacrifies for good.
This fall’s anticipated crossover Crisis on Infinite Earths” will be most important as one as the Flash disappeared from the event. It seems that to avoid such a tragedy, instead of Barry Allen, Oliver Queen would sacrifice himself and save the Arrowverse world.
Arrow was the first show from the CW DCTV series which become a quick favorite in no time. It’s fame responsible for beginning many superhero series commonly known as Arrowverse universe. Stephen is playing the Green Arrow character for a long time, and just recently it was confirmed Season 8’s renewal.
