Animaniacs Reboot’s 2-season run starting in 2020 at Hulu

Animaniacs Yakko, Wakko, and Dot

Animaniacs’s Yakko, Wakko, and Dot will be returning to the modern time’s children to entertain them even more once again. Recently, American subscription video serviced which is owned by Hulu just ordered reboots of Animaniacs with two-season straight-to-series. Original series’s executive producer-Steven Spielberg also returning for its premiere in 2020.

As per the report was given by EW, Hulu announced that they have joined with Amblin Television and Warner Bros. Animation to create brand new Animaniacs series with the new animations characters. The one of the most popular cartoon TV franchise will premiere on Hulu in 2020.

Deadline provides the Hulu’s Senior vice president of content-Craig Erwich’s thoughts regarding Animaniacs,

“We cannot wait to work with Steven Spielberg and the entire Amblin and Warner Bros. teams to bring more sketches, catchphrases, songs and laughs from the Animaniacs to kids and adults everywhere”

“Now one of the most beloved, inventive and funny animated franchises in history, Animaniacs and its cast of witty characters can live on, on Hulu. This marks yet another big move for us as we continue our efforts to be the #1 streaming destination for premium animated content”

Steven also feels proud to work again on this series and said that

“I am so pleased and proud that Animaniacs will have a home at Hulu. Together with Warner Bros., we look to bring new audiences and longtime fans into this wild world of Yakko, Wakko, and Dot. I am also excited that the full library of Animaniacs and Tiny Toon Adventures episodes are included in the deal.”


What is Animaniacs & what animals are in the series???


Most of the 21st centuries children don’t know about this series or even didn’t heard about it. Animaniacs was an American animated and most entertaining TV series which was released in late 1993. In the history of the series, they had total 99 episodes including one movie, Wakko’s Wish.

Original series had total five seasons and now all Animaniacs’ family would return for its two-season premiere which is expected to air starting in 2020.

The series had already won and set the record for most Daytime Emmy Awards in the field of Outstanding Achievement in Music direction and composition. If this is not enough, the won three times and was beloved for its off-beat and many educational songs.

The Warners, Yakko, Wakko, and Dot, were three cartoon stars from the 1930s that were locked away in the Warner Bros. water tower until the 1990s when they escaped. After their escape, they often interacted with Warner Bros. studio artists, including Ralph the Security Guard; Dr. Otto Scratchansniff, the studio therapist, and his companion Hello Nurse. Pinky and the Brain are two genetically altered laboratory mice who continuously plot and attempt to take over the world.

It’s been a 20 years after Animaniacs wrapped its run on the WB network and as a diehard fan, we just have to wait a little bit longer to enjoy our childhood memories once again.
